1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using KijiFlow ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Description of Service

KijiFlow is an AI-powered content generation platform that helps B2B founders and teams create LinkedIn content based on their company's changelogs, case studies, product documentation, and other sources.

The Service includes features for content generation, voice learning, image creation, LinkedIn publishing, and analytics. Features may vary based on your subscription plan.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information as needed
• Keep your password secure and confidential, and not share it with others
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are inactive for an extended period.

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Subscription Plans

kijiflow offers various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. Details of each plan are available on our pricing page.

4.2 Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.

4.3 Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. No credit card is required during the trial period. At the end of the trial, you'll need to subscribe to continue using premium features.

4.4 Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

5. User Content and Conduct

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to kijiflow ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to use, process, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

5.2 Generated Content

Content generated by kijiflow based on your inputs ("Generated Content") is owned by you. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all Generated Content before publishing.

5.3 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others, for example by uploading copyrighted materials without authorization
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely claim affiliation with any person or entity
• Distribute spam, malware, or other harmful content by abusing the platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent

6. LinkedIn Integration

When you connect your LinkedIn account to KijiFlow, you authorize us to access and use your LinkedIn data in accordance with the permissions you grant and our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of KijiFlow complies with LinkedIn's terms of service. We are not responsible for any actions taken by LinkedIn regarding your account.

Posts published through KijiFlow are subject to LinkedIn's community guidelines and terms. You are solely responsible for the content you publish to LinkedIn.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content and Generated Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of KijiFlow Inc. and its licensors.

Our trademarks, logos, and service marks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. POSTFUSE MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all content before use.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POSTFUSE AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KijiFlow and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
